MY HERO!

I'm sure many of you know now the difficult time Tata has being going through these last few weeks reading J.G.'s blog.
I'm grateful to say that Tata's biopsy today did not show any evidence of cancer on his pancreas! I was able to spend alot of time this last weekend with my Tata and this man has not changed, nor do I want him to. We went into town for groceries and we had to buy orange slices for the kiddos, a soft drink for me because I tagged along " even though I'm 27 years old". ;)
Reality didn't hit until I had to start parking near the entrance of the stores to make it more convenient for him because of course he refuses to let me get out and get it, and when he had to hold on to the railing of my Tahoe to get in. I thought...I use to be the giddy teenager, excited about going into town getting a soda, snack and now found myself the mommy of two becoming giddy once again just because I was with my Tata.
It never was the going in town, snacks, sodas, whatever they did to get us off the farm and out of the house, it was this man, my Wela and with the help of Tia's and Tio's! We Love You Tata and you will always be my Hero!

Your grandparents (and my godparents) have been an inspiration to many through the years. I enjoyed reading your entry and am especially grateful for the biopsy results. T
